Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a dedicated, project-oriented team to develop and enhance unique web applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Design, architect, and implement user interfaces based on mockups and storyboards.
- Craft intuitive user interactions, focusing on usability and performance.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to junior developers.
- Diagnose, document, and resolve complex bugs reported by testers and users.
- Utilize Git for source control and participate in strategic planning and code reviews.
- Stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in React and web development technologies.
- Contribute to high-level decision-making and strategy planning as part of the leadership team.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (hooks, Context API).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, REST API, working with databases, AWS, RxDB, and Git.
- Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, with strong team collaboration skills.
- Extensive knowledge of GraphQL.
- Fluent in English.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a senior or team leader role.
- Familiarity with AR/VR/MR technologies.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
