Job brief
We’re on the lookout for a highly creative and technically proficient UI/UX Designer to bolster our dedicated Engineering team. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You’ll also collaborate with our developers to implement your designs into functioning interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with our dynamic, project-oriented team to create user-centered designs.

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- Evaluate and iterate designs through user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with developers to implement your designs.
- Utilize design software for source control and participate in project planning and design reviews.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design software like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of design principles, responsive design, and user psychology.
- Fluent in English.

- Experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
